Tranquility

Imagine you are in a special place. Think about running water falls, a cool breeze whistling by and the sun's rays touching you skin. Listen to the water as it is weaves in and around the rocks. It is serene and surreal. Now relax and breath in and out slowly. Continue this with your favorite melody playing in the background softly. You try it and relax or chillax and then go about your day.
